YOUTH BJJ CLASS

Our classes start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by technique drills and controlled sparring sessions, tailored to the children's skill levels and physical capabilities. We emphasize respect, teamwork, and perseverance, creating a positive atmosphere where kids can thrive. Regular feedback and positive reinforcement help motivate our students, encouraging continuous improvement and a love for the art of BJJ. These classes are designed to teach the basic fundamentals and introduction to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Our instructors have years of experience. That way you can learn the proper foundation to build upon. Our main goal is to have fun and be safe.

Designed to equip young participants with the skills and confidence to protect themselves in various situations. These classes focus on teaching practical self-defense techniques while also emphasizing the importance of awareness, confidence, and de-escalation strategies.

The classes typically start with a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for the training ahead. This may include stretching, cardio exercises, and drills to improve coordination and agility.

YOUTH SELF DEFENSE

This class involves learning and practicing wrestling techniques such as stance, takedowns, escapes, and pinning combinations. Instructors break down these techniques into simple, easy-to-understand movements, allowing kids to grasp the basics while having fun. Live wrestling is also a crucial part of youth wrestling classes, giving kids the opportunity to compete against each other in a safe and supervised setting.

YOUTH WRESTLING

Physically, you'll improve your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. BJJ also teaches valuable self-defense skills, focusing on ground fighting, submissions, and escapes.

Mentally, BJJ enhances problem-solving skills and teaches you how to remain calm under pressure. It also promotes discipline, perseverance, and humility, as progress in BJJ often comes through consistent effort and learning from setbacks.

JIU JITSU

High-energy, engaging workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall coordination. This class is a lot of fun and a great workout! This class includes a combination of boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, interspersed with cardio drills like jumping jacks, burpees, and high knees. It is a high-intensity workout that is great for endurance as well as balance and coordination. Get ready to sweat!

CARDIO BOXING

The core of the training involves learning and practicing techniques from different disciplines. This includes striking techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as grappling techniques like takedowns, submissions, and ground control. Instructors break down these techniques into manageable parts, allowing students to understand and master them over time.
