Youth wrestling is an invigorating experience that allows me to impart essential life skills through the art of wrestling. Our teachers strive to create a safe and supportive environment where young athletes can develop both physically and mentally. We focus on teaching the foundational techniques of wrestling, such as stance, takedowns, escapes, and pinning combinations, while also emphasizing the importance of sportsmanship, discipline, and perseverance.


Through structured drills, live wrestling sessions, and positive reinforcement, I aim to instill in my students a strong work ethic, self-confidence, and the ability to overcome adversity. Witnessing the growth and development of my young wrestlers, both on and off the mat, is incredibly rewarding, and we are honored to play a role in their journey.

Out youth MMA training program is a fantastic opportunity for kids to learn valuable skills and stay active. Our youth MMA training program offers a dynamic and safe environment for kids to learn the fundamentals of mixed martial arts. Led by experienced instructors, our classes focus on teaching essential techniques from disciplines like boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, wrestling, and judo.

Safety is our top priority, and all activities are closely supervised to ensure that kids learn proper technique and respect for their training partners. Classes begin with a fun warm-up to get the kids moving and ready for the session ahead.

During the core part of the class, kids learn striking combinations, takedowns, submissions, and defensive maneuvers through structured drills and games. Sparring is introduced gradually, with an emphasis on control and sportsmanship.

In addition to physical training, our program emphasizes the importance of mental discipline, respect, and teamwork. Kids learn to set goals, work hard, and persevere, developing confidence and life skills that will benefit them both on and off the mats.

Designed to equip young participants with the skills and confidence to protect themselves in various situations. These classes focus on teaching practical self-defense techniques while also emphasizing the importance of awareness, confidence, and de-escalation strategies.

The classes typically start with a warm-up to prepare the body and mind for the training ahead. This may include stretching, cardio exercises, and drills to improve coordination and agility.

YOUTH SELF DEFENSE

Our you BJJ class involves creating an environment that balances discipline and fun. Our instructors focus on fundamental techniques, ensuring that each child understands the basics of positioning, control, and submissions. We like to emphasize respect, teamwork, and perseverance is crucial to foster a positive atmosphere. We teach technique drills and live sparring, tailored to the kids' skill levels and physical capabilities.

LITTLES BJJ

Physically, you'll improve your strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular fitness. BJJ also teaches valuable self-defense skills, focusing on ground fighting, submissions, and escapes.

Mentally, BJJ enhances problem-solving skills and teaches you how to remain calm under pressure. It also promotes discipline, perseverance, and humility, as progress in BJJ often comes through consistent effort and learning from setbacks.

JIU JITSU

High-energy, engaging workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall coordination. This class is a lot of fun and a great workout! This class includes a combination of boxing techniques such as jabs, crosses, hooks, and uppercuts, interspersed with cardio drills like jumping jacks, burpees, and high knees. It is a high-intensity workout that is great for endurance as well as balance and coordination. Get ready to sweat!

CARDIO BOXING

The core of the training involves learning and practicing techniques from different disciplines. This includes striking techniques such as punches, kicks, knees, and elbows, as well as grappling techniques like takedowns, submissions, and ground control. Instructors break down these techniques into manageable parts, allowing students to understand and master them over time.
