YOUTH Striking and self defense
Designed to equip young participants with the skills and confidence to protect themselves in various situations. These classes focus on teaching practical self-defense techniques while also emphasizing the importance of awareness, confidence, and de-escalation strategies.

YOUTH WRESTLING
This class involves learning and practicing wrestling techniques such as stance, takedowns, escapes, and pinning combinations. Youth Competition team
